Experience

Horacio A López-Portillo represents private parties in unfair trade investigations, trade policy and tax litigation. He advises on a broad range of trade and customs matters,including WTO law, export controls, customs security, andrelated tax planning. Horacio appears before customs, trade and tax enforcement agencies, appellate bodies and alternative dispute resolution boards based on NAFTA and WTO. He also advises the firm’ s clients in all matters related to company formation and transformation, any and all contracts and corporate governance.
